Today the 3rd Circuit denied our emergency motion to immediately block Delaware’s unconstitutional “Permit-to-Purchase” scheme from taking effect. That means the state’s new red-tape nightmare starts continues… for now.

BUT HERE’S THE WIN: The Appeals Court DID NOT punt this back to the lower court like the state wanted. Instead, they fast-tracked it—issued an expedited briefing schedule and will hear our full injunction request on the merits before a three-judge panel.

Translation: We’re still very much in the fight, and the court is taking our Second Amendment challenge seriously.

Delaware politicians thought they could ram this gun-control garbage through and that we the people would just take it lying down. They were wrong.

We’re not backing down. Every restrictive permit, every additional background check, every new hoop they invent is getting challenged—hard.
