The Cornerstone Launch Event is more than a December gathering—it’s the kickoff of a forward-looking movement designed to strengthen the future of Delaware Republican Party leadership in Sussex County.

The Cornerstone Initiative was created to unite young professionals, community mentors, elected leaders, veterans, and business voices around one mission: preparing rising conservatives to lead with confidence, service, and vision.

This is not a youth-only meetup—this is a crossroads of generations, where emerging leaders build relationships with the people, experience, and values that will carry the Party forward. Expect energetic networking, real conversation, football in the background, great food, and the start of something bigger: a leadership pipeline for those ready to step up—not just show up.
