The Delaware Young Republicans (YRs) stand as a cornerstone of political engagement and education for the state's vibrant youth. As an integral part of the oldest political youth organization in the United States, the YRs have been pivotal in fostering the growth and vitality of the Republican Party. Comprising registered Republicans between the ages of 18 and 40, the Delaware YRs are dedicated to enriching the political landscape by equipping our members with comprehensive political knowledge and a nuanced understanding of contemporary issues. Through a platform designed for meaningful discourse and engagement, we empower our members to actively participate in the political process, shaping the future of our state and our nation. With a firm commitment to inclusivity and diversity, we embrace a spectrum of perspectives within the Republican Party. We believe in cultivating an environment where differing viewpoints are respected and debated constructively, fostering a community that thrives on dialogue and collaboration.

Sussex County Chair for the Young Republicans
I am Mallory Justice currently serving as the Sussex County Chair for Young Republicans. I want to give all of you an idea of what the plans are for the future of Sussex YR. To start off, April 6th Delaware YR is holding our kickoff event at Revelation Brewery. We would love to see you all there! My main goal in serving for Sussex YR is allowing the younger generation to have a place they feel they belong to and able to discuss issues facing our nation. I also want the younger generation to find like-minded individuals and make connections to expand their horizons. I plan to work closely with surrounding local businesses and organizations to hold events and meetings throughout the year. And, allow for different workshops and training throughout the year, such as John Maxwell Leadership. I also plan have YR involved in elections this year. As a certified Youth Campaign Manager through Leadership Institute, I want to provide training to YR members to effectively work campaigns for individuals who are running for office this election season. Many of you may remember my former involvement in Turning Point USA. I would love to give YR members the opportunity to be able to attend these events as well, which will allow them to have connections with like-minded individuals nationwide, and other conservative organizations.
