A Message From Sheppard Kilby, Sussex GOP Vice Chair

March 31, 2026

Fellow Sussex County Republicans,

I have been proud to be involved with the Sussex County Republican Party for many years, and it has been an honor to serve as the Representative District Chair for the 39th District, one of the strong and active districts in our county. Through that experience, I have had the opportunity to work with many dedicated Republicans across Sussex County who share the same commitment to advancing our principles and electing Republican candidates. I am honored to now be asked to serve as interim Sussex County Vice Chair, and I accept this responsibility with gratitude and enthusiasm as we continue the effort to strengthen our party and make Delaware red again.

I would also like to congratulate Daniel Willis on his election as State Vice Chair of the Delaware Republican Party. The party benefits when new leaders step forward to serve, and I am confident Daniel will represent Sussex County well in this important role. I also want to congratulate Tom Molnar as he assumes the position of Sussex County Chair. Tom brings years of experience, dedication, and a strong understanding of our organization, and I look forward to working alongside him as we support and promote our Republican candidates this election year.

Our focus moving forward is clear: electing Republicans. This election year presents an important opportunity for our party, and success will require all of us working together with purpose and unity. Over the past year, many positive steps have been taken to strengthen our organization, and I look forward to building on that progress while helping guide our efforts as a cohesive team.

Thank you again to Tom for the confidence he has placed in me. I look forward to working with all of you in the months ahead as we continue to grow our party and advance our shared goals.

Sincerely,

Sheppard Kilby

Vice Chair

Sussex County Republican Party
