Sussex County GOP Region Meeting
Dear God,
Evil forces are at work to destroy America.
No need to go into a list, God, you know them all.
We can see what’s obvious, Lord, especially the attacks on your precious children.
We can also feel the more hidden ways evil is twisting truth and tearing down justice. And, we've seen the collapse of the one bridge dedicated not only to our anthem of freedom but our trust in you.
Jesus, by your mercy, together as a community and a country, we do have the wisdom and power to remain “the land of the free and home of the brave”. Help us wake up and claim it. Right here, in Sussex County, Lord help each of us to be bold, be wise, and be --- the brave.

O thus be it ever when freemen shall stand
Between their lov’d home and the war’s desolation!
Blest with vict’ry and peace may the heav’n rescued land
Praise the power that hath made and preserv’d us a nation!
Then conquer we must, when our cause it is just,
And this be our motto – “In God is our trust,”
And the star-spangled banner in triumph shall wave
O’er the land of the free and the home of the brave.
