It is my honor to stand before you as the Chairman of the Sussex County Republican Party. I am proud to represent the 80,000 registered Republicans in our county. Thank you for your hard work in ensuring the Sussex County Republican Party remains a model of excellence. To our elected officials across the county – you serve as paragons of leadership, integrity, and dedication. Thank you for setting and maintaining the standard. My vision for the next four years is clear: I am committed to accelerating the change we need to remain a model of excellence, leading in voter turnout and setting the standard for year-round engagement, activism, and leadership development. As we all embark on this journey together, there is one broad expectation that I have for us all: we must always maintain a high standard of professionalism in all that we do. Whether in our communications, actions, or approach to challenges, we must represent the integrity our party deserves. Professionalism will be the foundation of our unity, credibility, and success. As your Chairman, I will focus on three key pillars to ensure our success: Recruiting New Members: We will create and host innovative events to attract new Republicans, especially those in the younger generation who will become future leaders, as well as those registered Republicans who have recently moved into the county. These events will not just be opportunities for us to gather—they will be opportunities to expand our reach and welcome new members into our fold. Training Future Leaders: The political landscape is always evolving, and this will continue to present new challenges for leaders at every level. That’s why I’m dedicated to providing our Representative District Chairs (RDCs) and Election District Committee Members (EDCs) with the training, education, and experience they need to rise to those challenges. Electing Republicans: To strengthen our party’s influence, we must build strong relationships with our local elected officials and create structured succession plans for leadership transitions. This will ensure that we are always prepared to field strong, capable candidates—people who will represent our values and fight for the future of our county, state, and nation. Now is our moment to lead, innovate, inspire, and continue to build a party that champions freedom, opportunity, and prosperity for all.
