This week, a powerful victory for truth and transparency lit a bold path forward for our state. A federal appeals court has ruled decisively: Delaware Democrats must hand over wage records for 15 businesses suspected of employing undocumented immigrants. Governor Matt Meyer and Attorney General Kathy Jennings fought hard to keep these records hidden, but the court said no.

What do they have to hide?

Rather than partner with federal authorities to enforce our laws, Democratic leaders poured precious time and taxpayer dollars into shielding these records. They branded a legitimate investigation as “naked racial profiling” and “federal overreach,” even as judge after judge affirmed its legality. This is not compassion.
