State Rep. Jeff Hilovsky is featured in a national publication sponsored by the Council for Economic Education (councilforeconed.org).
The 2026 Survey of the States dedicated an entire page to Rep. Hilovsky's successful effort to make financial literacy education part of Delaware's high school graduation requirements. As detailed in the profile, the education mandated by Rep. Hilovsky's House Bill 203 for all public school students is estimated to provide each student with a lifetime benefit of up to $116,000.
The Council for Economic Education is dedicated to "equip K-12 students with the tools and knowledge of personal finance and economics so that they can make better decisions for themselves, their families, and their communities."
